Terms & Conditions — 7000ber

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7000ber ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 7000ber website or associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

7000ber reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and govern the relationship between 7000ber and all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh, including players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. Where any translation of this document exists, the English version shall prevail in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.

All products and services described on 7000ber are subject to these Terms & Conditions as well as any additional product-specific rules referenced within the relevant game or section of the platform.

7000ber makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability. The platform will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance, but cannot guarantee continuous, error-free operation at all times.

Funds will be returned in full once age is confirmed or if the account is confirmed to belong to a minor.

When registering, you must provide:

If you suspect that your 7000ber account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support@7000ber immediately. 7000ber will investigate reported unauthorised access and may temporarily lock the account while the investigation is ongoing.

All financial transactions on 7000ber are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on 7000ber is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit under normal circumstances, though 7000ber reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts for security or compliance reasons. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance instantly. Bank card deposits may take up to one business day to clear depending on your issuing bank.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of player accounts. 7000ber aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your chosen payment provider.

7000ber does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as bKash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers. 7000ber is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processing infrastructure.

All accounts on 7000ber are for personal use only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have not been obtained through illegal means. Any account where 7000ber has reasonable grounds to suspect the funds deposited are of illicit origin may be suspended pending investigation, and all relevant information may be shared with applicable authorities.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements: Most deposit bonuses on 7000ber are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the promotion description. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; failure to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all promotions on 7000ber:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus only once. Any attempt to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — is considered bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.
• 7000ber reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of a software error.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one account on 7000ber, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Depositing funds using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, including stolen bKash or Nagad accounts.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms through systematic wagering patterns, collusion with other players, or any behaviour designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus offers without genuine play intent.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino or sports betting markets in a manner that gives an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in live poker or sharing in-play information for arbitrage purposes.
• Hacking or Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 7000ber platform, its databases, or any connected system. Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using 7000ber for any money laundering purpose, including depositing illicit funds and withdrawing them as apparent gaming winnings.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial services provider in respect of a legitimate 7000ber transaction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7000ber, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses incurred during sports betting, casino games, crash games, or bingo rounds.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party provider outage, or any event beyond the reasonable control of 7000ber.
• Decisions made by the player based on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Language: This Agreement is written in English. The English text is the authoritative version and shall govern in all cases of interpretation, dispute, or ambiguity.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
